• Financial promotions
• Portfolio management
• Legal, tax, or accounting advice

All information, analytics, and AI outputs are informational only.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your trading decisions
• Risk management
• Compliance with applicable laws

3. TRADING RISK DISCLOSURE

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals.

You acknowledge that:

this content solely to operate and improve the Platform.

You must not upload content that is:

• Unlawful, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringing third-party rights
• Malicious or harmful

7. AI FEATURES DISCLAIMER

The Platform may provide:

• Coaching suggestions
• Pattern recognition or analytics

These outputs:

• Are automated and probabilistic
• May be inaccurate or incomplete
• Do not constitute advice

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

• We are not liable for trading losses
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months

Nothing excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

Following termination:

• Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
